Like a Rolling Stone.....

Hello Everyone! This is my second day at sea. Everything is going pretty well, the boat rocks CONSTANTLY and everyone is getting sea sick. I feel fine when I lay down but whenever I get up or sit for long periods of time I start feeling sick…..so I hope I start feeling better before the classes start or I am totally screwed. My roommate is really chill her name is Karen and she goes to Chapman (a private college in Orange County). And I have met a lot of nice people, including a girl named Malia from CUESTA,…..coincidence much? Its hard to believe that this boat I am on right now is going to sail all around the world, its really surreal to look outside and only see waves all around me. Today we had a ton of orientation all day long, basically only breaking for meals….so far I can tell how much I am going to love this ship, and how close we will all be by the end of this journey even though everything thing feels really odd now. Oh and PS I love having maid service. Oh and I have met the most ridiculous girl who is the twin of Paris from the Gilmore Girls. The ship is totally gorgeous, and at some point I will start finding my way around. The food is decent, nothing to really write home about, but it doesnt look like I am going to gain too much weight over the trip haha. Next stop.......Hawaii!

Changes to the original Itinerary....

* Going to Thailand instead of Myanmar due to political/saftey issues....
* Tokyo
* Coming back to Miami instead of Fort Lauderdale Florida

In other news.....5 days until I am in San Diego! Eeeeeek!
